The Surprise Shoe

The Clog, reintroduced on the runways for Spring 2010, was definitely the surprise trend of the season.  My eye is always looking for something new, but I couldn't bring myself to rush out & buy the first available styles for spring.  The heeled, backless clogs that were first retailed weren't at all appealing to me & were reminiscent of River Dance.  Due to my love of girly things, the mary jane-style versions of the clog more recently released seemed to scream 'BUY ME NOW'....which is exactly what I did ;)
