For Japan with Love


There will be no Photo Friday tomorrow, as I am participating in the bloggers day of silence 'For Japan with Love.'   It's still incredibly unbelievable to imagine facing such a horrific natural disaster & I for one cannot help but feel guilty for going on with daily mundane activities while people are suffering without the basic necessities that I sometimes take for granted.  I am a firm believer in Karma, the whole 'what goes around comes back around' mantra & that is exactly why I have personally donated to the Red Cross.  However, you can donate at Shelter Box USA by clicking the highlighted link.  Thanks so much to Utterly Engaged & Ever Ours for taking the initiative to raise awareness & funds for Japan's Disaster Relief. 

If you are a blogger & want to be involved, do NOT post tomorrow, March 18th, 2011. Spread the word through twitter or facebook about the cause & why you chose to join in.  Encourage your readers to donate, even the smallest donations make a difference!
