Easy Like Monday Morning

This poor dress has been stuck in the back of my closet ever since I received it as a gift.  I'm not a fan of the smocked top (not very flattering), but really enjoy the print.  Instead of donating it to Goodwill, I decided to alter it into a maxi skirt.  I topped it off with a Sweatshirt top for a no-fuss, casual look- completely necessary after being trapped in my car for 9hrs.yesterday...
