Jewel Thief

When I first laid eyes on this dress, I knew I had to make it mine.  It's everything I love all thrown into one dress: bright colors? Check! Sequins & jewels? Check! Easy to style? Check!  Needless to say, it's been put to good use on recent summer nights...
