Bright & sunny colors are exactly what I needed to brighten this monday morning after a long weekend (saying I didn't want of get out of bed this morning is an understatement). Because I styled these leggings for winter last time I wore them,  I wanted to take a completely different approach and still play off the vibrant colors of blue & green.
