CASUAL WEEKEND STYLE: 5 Fashion-Forward, Laid-Back Looks

I don't know about some of you, but I am sometimes left wondering if what I WANT to wear is often appropriate for what I SHOULD wear to certain events.  Because weekends are the only time of the week I can really experiment with my look (no screaming alarm clock or rush to get out the door), I have put together several easy looks for 5 different events, all featured around one simple pair of jean shorts for that polished yet effortless look :)  What do you like to wear to these type of events? Enjoy & have a great Sunday :)
The Starting Point

1. SHOP 'TIL YOU DROP
While shopping, you want something comfortable, easy to slip on & off when trying on items, and basic.  Here is my suggestion:
 Blazer:vintage Lord & Taylor
Grey Tank: Asos
Bag: Asos.com
Necklace: Urban Behavior
Shoes: River Island

2. DATE NIGHT (Movies, concert, etc.)
For a casual date, a sequin blazer is just the right amount of sparkle an outfit requires for a night out.

Tee: F21
Sequined Cardigan: H&M (picture unavailable)
Sandals: F21
Wristlet: Marc By Marc Jacobs

3. THE GREAT OUTDOORS (Camping)
As the temperature drops at night, layers are an ideal choice for a night spent camping.
Green Parka: New Look (ebay)
Plaid Shirt: F21
Tee:F21
Sneakers: Steve Madden
Bag: Asos.com

4. MARGARITA-VILLE (Drinks with the girls)
No boys allowed? Wear an eye catching color in a breathable fabric that will take you wherever the night seems to go.
Silk blouse: Karina Grimaldi (Shopbop.com)
Wristlest: Marc by Marc Jacobs
Watch: Nixon
Ankle Booties: Urban Outfitters

5. POOLSIDE PERFECTION (Beach, Pool Party, or BBQ)
For a pool party or day at the beach, an outfit should provide an easy transition from the lounge chair to a cookout at night.
Bikini: J. Crew
Tank (worn knotted): Sirens
Flower: J.Crew
Sandals: Old Navy
Sunglasses: F21
Towel: Missoni (ebay)

Hope these 5 looks help inspire some of you this weekend :)
