Celebrating Independence Day in the USA felt like a dream. For the last 3 years, I've been in Canada and celebrating solo without fireworks & without a day off work (more or less a real bummer). We kicked the day off by getting ready in flag-themed attire, made a trip to the grocery store for Budweiser Flag cans/liquor/snacks, enjoyed a low-key afternoon wandering around Old Sacramento, & finished off the night with fireworks...
