Happy Friday! After three whole months, I'm finally getting ready to share those first few moments leading up to our sweet baby boy's arrival. You guys, he is just the best baby! On that note, you can go ahead & call me crazy because I am missing this bump so badly!!! This last baby thing, it's just been so tough for me. And in the spirit of being real, I've been experiencing some postpartum anxiety. I had it with both girls & found the best way to control it was by running. It wasn't this bad with the girls, so I've just been focusing on routines to reduce stress & anxiousness. I've noticed a HUGE difference since I started my daily runs again. Enough about after, here's some before...
