Yellow Fever

I can't think of a better way to start the week off than with this bright sunny blazer.  After another fun-filled weekend (i.e. sore muscles from pole dancing class & sore feet from dancing the night away), I needed something simple & comfortable.  I saw this willow tree & couldn't resist taking photos here.  We had one on the edge of our property when I was a kid & I swear, I never left that poor tree alone...

DIY: Pom Pom Friendship Bracelets

Thought I'd share a quick & easy DIY project in case any of you guys are experiencing the same gloomy Saturday that I woke up to...

Supplies: Friendship bracelets, pom pom trim, scissors, & fabric glue

Cut pom pom trim to fit the length of the bracelet & glue with fabric glue.

Let glue dry for 24 hours & viola...all done!

This past weekend was one of the best weekends I've had in awhile.  Moving to Canada has really made me miss my girlfriends & the simplest of times we share together, whether that be a quick shopping trip or an evening spent on the couch with chick flicks & snacks.
