Your Name, in Lights

We've been in full-on project mode at our house lately.  Since the Mr. is doing 90% of the work, I had to find some way to contribute.  We've been on the hunt for a 'Bar' sign for our Chicago Bears-themed basement bar & haven't been able to nail down exactly what we're looking for.  My aunt sent me a link to these marquee letter kits from Michael's awhile back that were perfectly customizable.

Pick what letters you'd like to use, creating your own custom message marquee has never been easier with these kits.

The embellishment possibilities for these letters are endless, but we decided to give ours a few coats of orange spray paint.

Each kit includes a 3D marquee letter, a LED strand of lights, & a set of clear round bulb caps.

Once the letters are dry, insert the bulb caps through the front of the letters.  These are super easy to insert :)

String the lights through the bulb caps (instructions show you how), use two AAA batteries for each letter, & let it shine!

Morning Coffee & Combat Boots

I love the idea of combat boots paired with tights (fleece lined of course).  I've been staring at this sweater in my closet for months, so reviving it seemed much over due.  Slamming hot coffee is really the only option to get through outdoor outfit posts during this time of the year...
