Ready, Set, Road Trip!!!

Back to the Midwest we go, this time to celebrate Thanksgiving & spend much needed time with family & friends.  I get emails quite often asking what I pack when we go away, which is mostly casual basics & easy to assemble outfits.  This time however, we're bringing our eldest furbaby along so things could get interesting...

Layers of scarves, vests, & sweaters are top priority, as well as flat boots & party umbrellas for the Iowa game Friday...

I usually over-pack jewelry, but you just never know... (Asos, F21, J.Crew, Michael Kors, Seiko, & Zara)

Suitcase is definitely stuffed, layers tend to do that.  Packing a surprise for a friend, as well as a few new additions...

Bringing all Christmas gifts with us to avoid shipping them :)

Happiest of Fridays to all of you! Last weekend we made the trek to Buffalo with friends to celebrate two anniversaries & a birthday at the Bills vs. Chiefs game.  We tailgated in Chiefs gear, which we were razzed for openly before the game (but not after since Buffalo lost) & had a great weekend away...
