Miss New Bootie

New booties I've been dying to wear.  The snow is putting a damper on that, with these being faux-suede and all.  A simple outfit with a pop of red lipstick, just for that added element of surprise.  All these tunics are really starting to show their worth & have been the best option for keeping the bump covered/cozy.  I tossed on the vest for some texture & a pair of statement earrings to complete this casual, everyday outfit for me...

What's New Wednesday?

Happy Wednesday! We've reached midweek & it's been a productive one!  The countdown is on for this mama, both personally & professionally.  I've entered my final month of work at a company I've been with for almost a decade! I'm both excited for what's to come & terrified to leave the safety net of a job that has given me so much.  We've also entered the final month of owning our first home & closing on our second. 

I've slowly started adding some new spring-inspired pieces (think lace, embroidery, color, etc.) to my closet, but in all honesty, I'm more focused on making sure the house decor is my number one priority.  Anything I can get arranged & organized before this sweet baby makes an appearance is a win for me!

Could You Live Without Me?

This trapeze slip...I could not live without it, especially during pregnancy! It may not seem like it, but I wear this thing ALL THE TIME! It adds the perfect girly touch to any outfit & makes all my tops seem longer/bump-appropriate.  Per usual, I've paired it with a few shades of grey & a neutral coat. It's been a busy day for this mama, but I did find a bit of spare time to order new bedding for the new house.  Moving is great that way, isn't it?

Another snowy Monday on the schedule here for us today.  I wore this outfit a few weeks back out for sushi with the fam & yes, my ankles were cold!  I'm ready for spring, fresh air, pastel color schemes, & all that we have to look forward to (baby boy being numero uno).  Until then, it's sweater time all the time...
