Won't You Be My Valentine?

Happy Valentine's Day! As I stated before, we celebrated on Saturday night with a homemade 4-course dinner by candlelight...this is a HUGE deal for me because as some of you know, I really don't enjoy cooking that often, I just don't have the patience for it & find it hectic/stressful. How are you guys celebrating?  Back to work today, with homemade chocolate cupcakes in tow...
