Making the Transition

Transitioning from summer to fall is always the easiest for me- toss on a sweater or a jacket, swap shorts for jeans, & add tights under all your skirts.  I wanted to mix it up a bit, so I layered a summery vest over a light sweater & voila...the perfect transitioning outfit into my favorite time of the year.
