Holiday Dressing: Casual Christmas Eve

It's rare to spend Christmas Eve in our own beds, as we're usually in Peterborough or Iowa.  This year will be spent making a traditional surf & turf dinner, followed by a tour of holiday lights, & home just in time to tuck Zoey into bed before Santa arrives ;) Since we won't be heading to church or anywhere fancy, I kept it on the casual side with comfy denim & a trusty blanket scarf…

Holiday Dressing: Braving the Stores

I couldn't resist throwing together some holiday outfits, even though they aren't quite as glitzy as they've been in the past (mat leave will do that to you I suppose).  I do about 90% of my shopping online, but our Christmas plans changed drastically & I was left needing last minute gifts.  This outfit is comfy, warm, & festive…perfect for waiting in long lines. Oh, and the bump is very visible…much faster than the first time, but I'm loving it :)

The Best Kind of Weekends...

Photo Friday: Farewell, Fall (Part 3)

And just like that, the weekend is here!
