Little adventures from several months ago.  I make a plan each morning to try to get out of the house, even if it's only for a walk around the neighborhood with the stroller.  I've officially been off work for 6 months, which surprisingly feels like only one & already has me dreading going back...

Take a Breather

Take a breather…the perfect advise for today.  We woke up to brown water from a water main break in town yesterday afternoon, our air conditioner leaking through the furnace all over the basement, & our treadmill went kaput.  This all before 8 am with three doggies & a baby in house!!!  Hoping the basement dries up sooner than later, as we're hosting a family party this weekend.  Sharing this oldie because I couldn't resist the pops of red, cheers to stocking hats & wellies for July!

Smoked Butterscotch

The smoked butterscotch frapp is amazing, definitely old news I'm aware.  I told ya, we're playing catch-up from April.  I bought these peplum tanks from Old Navy & have been wearing them non-stop (when I'm not in yoga pants).  They go with everything & are new-mama figure-flattering...

Photo Friday: Guess Who's Back?

I've been doing a TON of thinking lately, mostly deciding whether or not to keep this blog of mine running.  I've been on 'vacay' from creativity lately & to be honest, it's tough to get out of loungewear when you get spit up on or drooled upon all day long (aka there is nothing fashionable about my outfits lately). Motherhood is bliss…Zoey is the best baby & she's really coming into her own.  She's 5 months old now (how.is.this.possible?!) & she loves grabbing my face & giggling…I melt, every time. In between the drool/spit-up/diaper changes, I really miss blogging & my creative outlet.  I miss everything about it & I'm happy to announce that I AM BACK :)  So forgive me, but you will be playing catch-up with me for the next month or so.  In the spirit of my comeback, let's start with the month of April, shall we?
