In Full Swing

I almost held off too long on buying this dress.  By the time I figured out how badly I needed it (yes, you read that correctly...needed), it was practically impossible to find.  I love the full skirt & the bright colored stripes, but most of all, the way Marc Jacobs  never fails to create my dream wardrobe...
